Q: What sizes do Momoji bibs come in, and can they fit large breeds?
A: Our sizing is incredibly inclusive! We cater to everyone from tiny friends like pigeons, geese, and rabbits to large and giant breeds like Golden Retrievers, Samoyeds, and Alaskan Malamutes. Whether your pet is "mini" or "extra-large," we have a perfect fit for them.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Our bibs feature an adjustable Velcro design for a flexible fit. We generally recommend choosing the size that matches your pet’s neck measurement. However, if your pet's neck size falls between two sizes, consider the following based on their height:
- For Taller Pets: If your pet is tall (like a Golden Retriever) and you want the bib to look more prominent on their chest, we recommend sizing up.
- For Shorter Breeds: If your pet is shorter or has stubby legs, we recommend staying with the smaller/true-to-size fit to prevent the bib from touching the ground while they walk.
Q: My pet has never worn clothes before. Will they be okay with a bib?
A: Most pets adapt to our bibs much faster than full-body costumes. Because the bib is lightweight and doesn't restrict their legs, chest, or ears, even sensitive pets usually forget they are wearing it within minutes. It’s the perfect "stress-free" way to start dressing up your pet!

Q: I am ordering from the USA. Will I be charged extra for customs?
A: We’ve made it stress-free! We ship via Canada Post with a Prepaid Tax & Duties setting. All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, meaning the price you see is the final price. No surprise invoices from couriers and no hidden brokerage fees upon delivery.

Q: Is the Velcro scratchy or will it snag my pet's fur?
A: Not at all. Our bibs feature soft-touch, snag-free Velcro that is specifically designed to be easy to wear. It is gentle on your hands and will not snag the long, beautiful coats of breeds like Samoyeds, Malamutes, or Golden Retrievers.
Q: What is the best way to clean Momoji bibs?
A: We strongly recommend hand washing in cold water to preserve the vibrant colors and delicate fabric. This is especially helpful for pets like rabbits or geese who may get their bibs dirty more easily. Please fasten the Velcro before washing to maintain its grip and air dry only.
