Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you get from Momoji! Our policy is simple and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.


Refunds & Quality Issues

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind (e.g., personal fit preference or subjective reasons).

We will provide a full refund only if there is a confirmed quality issue—such as a significant defect or damage—that makes the item unwearable.


Exchanges (Size or Colour Swap)

We totally get it—sometimes an item doesn’t fit right or the colour isn’t what you expected. We’re happy to help you exchange it!

Here’s how our exchange process works:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

  • Return Shipping (Your Cost): You’ll cover the cost to ship the original item back to us. Please use a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Replacement Shipping (Our Cost): Once we receive and approve your item, we’ll cover the cost to ship your new size or colour back to you.


Important: Item Condition

To qualify for an exchange or a quality-issue return, items must be in original, unused condition, meaning:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, or pet scents).

  • All original tags attached and intact (please don’t remove or cut them).

  • Free of stains, damage, or signs of wear.

If the item doesn’t meet these standards, we won’t be able to process the exchange or refund and will return the item to you.
